Privacy policy

This page explains how we use information you submit through the website enquiry form.

What information do we collect?

When you submit an enquiry, we record your name, phone number, selected services and consent. Company name, estimated budget and project notes are optional. Each enquiry receives a reference and submission timestamp.

How do we use your information?

We use your information to review the enquiry, contact you, understand your project and prepare a proposal. Form consent does not subscribe you to news or advertising messages.

Where is information stored?

Enquiries are stored in the website’s server database and are not published. Access is limited to authorised enquiry handlers and technical services needed to operate the website.

To handle enquiries promptly, your name, phone number, selected services, project details, submission time, website language and enquiry page are sent to the agency’s private Telegram chat. Telegram also processes this information.

Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and related cooperation. To request a correction or deletion, use the website form and include your enquiry reference and request in the notes. We will verify your identity before acting.

Technical protection

Technical checks limit duplicate and automated submissions. Temporary hash keys are derived from the phone number and, when available, the connection address. Rate-limit keys apply to a 15-minute window; expired keys are removed during later submissions. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the enquiry database. Hosting may create standard connection logs. The form does not store personal information in browser local storage.
